About Zachary

Bass-baritone Zachary Heise is an emerging classical vocalist dedicated to expressive storytelling through opera, concert repertoire, and art song.

Recent engagements include Antonio in Le nozze di Figaro with Chicago Summer Opera and Cyclops in The Odyssey with the National Youth Opera Academy. Additional performance highlights include appearances at Carnegie Hall and extensive choral and solo performance experience throughout Northern Virginia.

Currently based in Northern Virginia, Zachary studies classical voice privately while preparing for collegiate vocal performance. He continues to expand his repertoire with a particular interest in Mozart, contemporary opera, and the dramatic literature for bass-baritone.
